First International Errea Youth Tournament

Thank you for your interest in participating in our first edition of the International Errea Youth Tournament, the first international tournament in the history of BJM-Gembas Knesselare. 

As a club we find it important to offer a good youth training, to develop talents and to let our players gain experience. Participation in a tournament with teams from various countries is absolutely part of it. 

When?

The tournament will take place on 16th and 17th of April 2022.

Format + Categories

• Teams that register can choose to stay overnight in the neighborhood, in designated and managed sleeping areas.
• Catering will also be provided. In case of registration with overnight stay, this will be included in the package.
• The other teams will have to indicate at registration if they want to make use of this service.
  Breakfast (Saturday + Sunday) and dinner (Friday + Saturday) will be served in the big tent at the Flabbaert sports hall.
  Lunch will be served in the sports hall where the teams are playing.
  Snacks will also be provided in the afternoon for supporters who so wish.
• Each team will participate in at least 4 games.
• Teams for the following categories can be registered:
  • U12
  • U14 boys + U14 girls
  • U16 boys + U16 girls
  • U18 boys
  • U19 girls
  • U21 boys

Where?

On Friday evening we welcome all teams in sports hall ‘Flabbaert’, Knesselare. The competition secretariat will also be located here.

Games will be played in Knesselare, Aalter, Maldegem and Oedelem.

Formulas

• All-in formula
  This includes registration fee for the tournament, overnight stay in one of our dormitories, 6 meals and bus transport between the sports hall and dormitory + T-shirt for each participant
   
  Price: 150 euro registration + 100 euro per player/guide
  Example: You wish to participate with a team of 12 players + 2 supervisors (C + AC). Then you pay 150 euro registration fee + 14 x 100 euro = 1550 euro

• Play only-deluxe formula
  This includes the entry fee for participating in the tournament + 6 meals + T-shirt for each participant
   
  Price: 150 euro registration + 50 euro per player/guide

• Play-only formula
  This includes the entry fee for participating in the tournament + T-shirt for each participant
   
  Price: 150 euro

Registration

You can register till 15 December 2021 with the form on the bottom of this page.

After registration you will receive a confirmation with the payment details. Payment is due within 2 weeks after registration.

At a later stage you will receive a detailed practical description of the tournament. We will also ask you to send us a list of players + accompanying persons in advance.
